## Pricing and warranty
- Diagnostic visit: $95 at the customer's home. The $95 fee is deducted from the bill when the customer proceeds with the repair.
- The full repair price is quoted before any work starts. If the customer declines the repair, only the $95 diagnostic is due.
- Warranty: labor 1 month, installed parts 3 months.
- Repair-vs-replace guidance: if a repair would cost more than half of a comparable new appliance, the technician says so honestly.

4. The repair is completed (same visit when the part is on the truck or available locally), the appliance is tested through a full cycle, and the $95 diagnostic is deducted from the bill.
